Two is for Twins

Wendy Cheyette Lewison

Pictures by Hiroe Nakata

Viking Published by Penguin Group (2006)

The picture book presents toddler twins in various experiences including a preschool with the caption “sometimes they prefer to do different things-and that’s fun, too.”  The author and illustrator depict situations emphasizing "two-ness" with the three-year-olds presented sometimes together and sometimes alone. The twins are realistically dressed alike in the watercolor illustrations and sometimes dressed differently.
